Chicken Cheese Enchiladas
What Inside


Ingredients
- 1 Cup Swiss Premium Original Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 Cup Swiss Premium Cheddar Cheese Tin
- 8-10 Flour Tortillas
- 1-2 Green Chillies
- 3 Cups Shredded Chicken
- 2 Cps Mozzarella Grated
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- ½ Tsp Chilli Powder
Cooking Steps
- In a bowl mix together shredded chicken (boiled), mozzarella cheese, cumin powder, red chilli flakes, red chili powder, Cream cheese spread (Original) and lastly squeeze lemon.
- In a pot add butter, flour and cook, then add chicken broth whisk well till the flour and butter dissolves and the sauce thickens
- Spread chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Wrap tortillas tightly around filling, placing seam side down in a baking dish. Top with the made sauce.
- Sprinkle with Swiss premium cheddar cheese, jalapenos, parsley and bake
