Chicken Cheese Enchiladas

What Inside


  • 1 Cup Swiss Premium Original Cream Cheese Spread 
  • 1 Cup Swiss Premium Cheddar Cheese Tin 
  • 8-10 Flour Tortillas 
  • 1-2 Green Chillies 
  • 3 Cups Shredded Chicken 
  • 2 Cps Mozzarella Grated 
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth 
  • 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 
  • 3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour 
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice 
  • 1 Tsp Cumin 
  • ½ Tsp Chilli Powder

Cooking Steps

  • In a bowl mix together shredded chicken (boiled), mozzarella cheese, cumin powder, red chilli flakes, red chili powder, Cream cheese spread (Original) and lastly squeeze lemon.
  • In a pot add butter, flour and cook, then add chicken broth whisk well till the flour and butter dissolves and the sauce thickens
  • Spread chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Wrap tortillas tightly around filling, placing seam side down in a baking dish. Top with the made sauce. 
  • Sprinkle with Swiss premium cheddar cheese, jalapenos, parsley and bake
