Chicken Cheese Enchiladas

1 Cup Swiss Premium Original Cream Cheese Spread 

1 Cup Swiss Premium Cheddar Cheese Tin 

8-10 Flour Tortillas 

1-2 Green Chillies 

3 Cups Shredded Chicken 

2 Cps Mozzarella Grated 

2 Cups Chicken Broth 

3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 

3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour 

1 Tbsp Lime Juice 

1 Tsp Cumin 

½ Tsp Chilli Powder

Cooking Steps

  1. In a bowl mix together shredded chicken (boiled), mozzarella cheese, cumin powder, red chilli flakes, red chili powder, Cream cheese spread (Original) and lastly squeeze lemon.
  2. In a pot add butter, flour and cook, then add chicken broth whisk well till the flour and butter dissolves and the sauce thickens
  3. Spread chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Wrap tortillas tightly around filling, placing seam side down in a baking dish. Top with the made sauce. 
  4. Sprinkle with Swiss premium cheddar cheese, jalapenos, parsley and bake
